Home Credit’s digital transformation has given the company an edge over other Vietnamese companies in the field of digital financial products. Voice chat and botchat systems not only improve the customer experience, but also reduce the pressure and labor intensity within customer service.

Home Credit Vietnam now employs about 300 IT and data experts who play an important role in building and maintaining digital service delivery platforms. At Home Credit, employees are encouraged to come up with their own ideas, participate in events and provide feedback after each activity. For example, HomeChat is a hybrid monthly event, providing useful insights and insights from outside experts and internal employees.
